NGE writes and supports a variety of business applications. As with everything we do, NGE applications are:

Document Management System
There is a distinct gap in Document Management System (DMS) offerings. There are plenty of low-end systems geared towards a single user with minimal requirements, and plenty of high-end systems that are very expensive and difficult to learn.
Our DMS is a simple, web-based solution that gives multiple users easy access to files from anywhere. You can customise document types and terminology so they make sense to your business. The system is housed securely on NGE Hosting servers, so it can be accessed from anywhere yet is secure from intruders, fire, etc.
Also unique to the NGE DMS is in-built relationship management tools to help you associate your files to customers and suppliers.
Our DMS is priced per-user, per-month, so you only pay for what you use!
Distributed Timeclock System
The NGE distributed timeclock system is comprised of remote logging stations where employee's can swipe their photo ID cards at the start and end of their shifts. These remote hosts collect the card numbers and send them back to a central server. The stations are intelligent and operate locally in the event they cannot locate the server. As such the stations can be placed in remote locations. They will connect back and syncronise through the corporate VPN when available. No personal data is kept on the station.
The central server collates the data and presents it to the HR and Payroll staff through a simple web interface. Many reports can be run, including the average arrival and departure times of employees, weekly overtime, and other swipe infringements.
The Payroll staff can export the data straight to their payroll and accounting software, eliminating double entry of data.
The system also provides the ability for the HR team to delegate overtime approval to department managers.
