All prices include GST. Credits are subject to 12 month expiry from last topup. Topups add to existing credit; you do not lose credits during a topup.
Most destinations, including all Australian mobiles, are 1 message = 1 credit. Some international mobiles may be more expensive however. Contact us for more information.
Incoming numbers are only required for specialised applications, where responses are fed back into the system. Normally responses are directed to your mobile phone. Incoming numbers are available for a setup fee of $199 and $60 per month. Please allow five business days for the setup of incoming numbers. This does not apply to regular NGE SMS Messenger web users.
Raw SMS gateway access, for applications outside of NGE SMS Messenger, may be subject to an account subscription fee of $15 per month. We will advise you should this be the case. This does not apply to regular NGE SMS Messenger web users.
